As the Marketing Analytics Specialist, you will support business stakeholders in refining data-driven hypotheses for control-tested optimisations for a global web platform. You will work within an agile Scrum team to deliver value-adding increments to the platforms and will be part of the end-to-end value delivery process. The team works fully remote in an international cross-cultural setting and delivers the optimisation on a global scale.

Requirements include:

• Practical experience with marketing technologies, especially with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
• Very good technical knowledge in the marketing area, for example in marketing automation, tracking and search engine optimisation.
• Experience in supporting data driven decision making and providing data to support business hypotheses
• Very good knowledge of randomized control testing, ideally through Google Optimize
• Knowledge of software development and a very good understanding of software development processes
