As the Business Analyst for Digital Platforms, you will work with business stakeholders across World Vision International and local offices to translate business requirements into technical increments. You will be a part of an agile Scrum team for software development and work with this multi-functional team on a daily basis to provide incremental value to a global software platform. The role is fully remote in an international, multi-cultural setting.

Requirements include:

• Experience in working with the agile Scrum as a methodology
• Training or certification in an agile Scrum discipline from a recognized body such as the Scrum Alliance.
• Extensive experience in writing agile “stories” and requirements analysis
• Extensive experience in working directly with developers to ensure that elements are created according to both stakeholder requirements and platform architecture and approaches.
• Practical experience and extensive knowledge of delivering online marketing projects.
• Knowledge of software development and a very good understanding of software development processes
• Very good communication and presentation skills in English.
