We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Operations & Assurance team. We are a friendly team whose role is to support the teams across the world, and this role will focus on primarily staff on the systems and processes which guide our work. It also involves creation and review of existing documents to ensure they work as smoothly as possible.

We are looking for someone who is:

• logical and clear in order to understand the linkages with different areas of work and to explain and train those to others
• Supporting the resolution of operational issues
• Supporting the completion of key compliance activities, simplifying and streamlining wherever possible
• Reviewing risk management processes to ensure they are as efficient as possible and supporting teams to build risk registers
• excellent IT skills in use of spreadsheets, google and a variety of software applications
• able to work cross culturally, working across regions and countries and to be able to train, both individually and groups
• enthusiastic about systems and the development and revision of procedures and capacity building

You need to be able to transfer that enthusiasm remotely or by training groups in country.
