The successful candidate will work within the Information Governance Team supporting the delivery of information rights – dealing with DSARs, Court Orders, Police Requests, complaints and queries arising out of such requests.
The role includes working with colleagues to ensure the Trust is compliant with the requirements of data protection by design and default. It includes the investigation of information governance related incidents and complaints, providing reports and recommendations to service managers within the Trust.
The role requires individuals who have the ability to multi task and provide an efficient service under pressure whilst ensuring regulatory and statutory obligations in relation to current data protection legislation are met.
