Responsibilities Of The Electrical Reliability Engineer Include
- Developing strategies to improve asset reliability
- Acting as technical resources for maintenance and operations regarding electrical areas and equipment
- Using reliability principles to drive excellence
- Assisting in shutdowns, turnarounds, and unplanned outages
Requirements For The Electrical Reliability Engineer Include
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- At least 2 years of related experience within a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment
- Understanding of power electronics, relay coordination, and power distribution
- NEC and NFPA electrical codes
- Proficient in MS Office, SAP, and AutoCAD
- Strong interpersonal, communication and team building skills
