Seeking front desk administrative assistant. Applicant needs at least 1 year of prior administrative assistant experience. Specific experience in a law office is preferred. Applicant’s role would include answering phones, handling all prospective client intakes and agreements, follow-ups with prospective clients, sorting and processing all mail, coordinating with all other office staff regarding prospective clients and office matters, in addition to all other administrative tasks requested by partners. Applicant needs to be self-starter, friendly, organized, and able to learn office programs and follow office policies and procedures.
