  • Plan, organize and moderate (digital) formats, events and/or discussions that drive cultural change

  • We are the point of contact for interested employees and teams and you advise them on questions, but also fears around the digital transformation

Your profile

  • You have successfully completed a master’s degree or diploma and have experience in project and project portfolio management.
  • You have proven experience in leading, planning and executing projects – ideally in the area of IT and/or process optimization.

  • You have an excellent sense for digital trends and their impact on organizational culture, leadership and collaboration.
  • You see yourself as a tackler with enthusiasm for digital change and have a solid knowledge of agile methods.

  • You are looking forward to enriching our motivated team with your expertise, energy and humor.
