The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is a non-governmental, humanitarian organization with 60 years of experience in helping to create a safer and more dignified life for refugees and internally displaced people. NRC advocates for the rights of displaced populations and offers assistance within the shelter, education, emergency food security, legal assistance, and water, sanitation, and hygiene sectors. The Norwegian Refugee Council has approximately 9000 committed and competent employees involved in projects across four continents. In addition, NRC runs one of the world’s largest standby rosters -NORCAP, with 650 professionals, ready to be deployed on 72 hours’ notice when a crisis occurs.

The purpose of the HR-Admin incentive worker will be to support the HR-Admin department in Duhok in day-to-day implementations of achieving files soft and hard copies. S/he will also work on written test and interview arrangement activities.

General Duties:

• Adhere to NRC policies and Code of Conduct and confidentiality
• Provide support to NRC Duhok HR-Admin department.
• Organize hard copy and soft copy files.
• Scan hard copy documents and archive them on O365.
• Print documents and collect signatures as required.
• written test and interview arrangement activities.
• Any other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Required Qualifications:

• The ability to work in a team.
• Good communication skills and a strong personality.
• The candidate should have knowledge of the code of conduct.
• Enthusiastic, passionate, and able to work under pressure.
• Understand confidentiality and conflict of interest policies.
• Kurdish, Arabic language (reading and writing) is necessary, English language (reading and writing) is a plus.
• Some IT skills and ability to use scanner, printer, laptop, outlook, and Microsoft office program (Excel/word).

Other Information:

• Contract Duration: 2 months 
• Duty Station: Duhok- Iraq
• Daily wage: 28,000 IQD per day
• the payment will be calculated based on the attendance sheet.
