Qualifications

Minimum Grade 12 education required.
Recent experience as a Unit Clerk, or other clerical experience required.
Knowledge of medical terminology required.
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Basic mathematical/numerical skills and experience ordering supplies.
Payroll data entry, staffing and scheduling and invoicing validation experience preferred.
Polite & efficient telephone manner.
Proven ability to work independently and show initiative.
Able to work well under pressure & co-operate with all Health Centre staff and patients.
Computer skills with proficiency using email and Microsoft Word and Excel at an intermediate level required
Satisfactory attendance record
