The WaterAid Data Operations team plays a vital role in the management of WaterAid’s funds, data and supporter service through day-to-day management of WaterAid’s CRM and BI systems.

The role is permanent and full time.

As our positive and proactive Senior Data Operations Officer you will play a crucial role in ensuring that key processes are efficiently executed and help to coordinate incoming support requests to the team.

You will play a key role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of WaterAid’s fundraising data, carrying out data quality checks and financial reconciliation. You’ll also be responsible for carrying out key financial processes from the database, such as Direct Debit and Gift Aid claims.

We’re looking for someone who is motivated and enthusiastic, with a high attention to detail and the ability to use their initiative to solve problems.

To be successful, you’ll need:

* Experience of working with data in a relational database
* Great verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent IT skills, with advanced experience of using Microsoft Excel and Word
* A solid understanding of the Direct Debit Scheme and Gift Aid

Salary: £33,300 with excellent benefits:

Additional Information:

WaterAid is located in Canary Wharf, London and this will be your location and contract base. WaterAid is open and supportive of flexibility. We are currently defining our approach to hybrid working. The right balance between office and home-based working should be agreed with your line manager. Your flexibility requirements and that of the role will be discussed at the interview stage with you.
