The Junior Buyer will report to the Head of Purchasing and will support the Buyers from the Purchasing Team.

As a Junior Buyer You Will

• Contribute to the Maison global purchasing strategy by supporting the implementation of sourcing strategies
• Manage Request for Quotations for CS spare parts and Novelties
• Be in charge of the purchasing data management in SAP and of validating the workflow system
• Extract and analyse data (turnover trends, competitiveness, invoice variances etc.)
• Support ESG and Compliance guidelines
• Proactively engage with suppliers and our manufacturing teams to build and develop reliable partnerships
• Ensure effective collaboration and synergies with the Purchasing Team and the other departments of the Maison
• Be part of the project teams and provide the purchasing support by making sure to be in line with the global purchasing strategy

The Exceptional Skills We Are Looking For

• You possess a Master’s Degree in Business or Engineering
• You have strong organizational and multi-tasking skills as well as analytical & synthetization skills
• You have a problem solving and results-oriented mindset
• You have SAP skills
• You are proficient in English and French
