Responsibilities
- Take inbound calls – Policy servicing (Resolving queries for policies
- Make non-financial policy changes) & Claims (Status) of Life products (universal life, whole life and term)
Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum qualifications:
- Education – High school graduate or above
- Experience – Minimum 12 months experience- in international– voice process inbound and Insurance/Healthcare experience
Preferred qualifications:
- Exceptional customer service skills, eye for details
- Work under pressure and meet performance metrics
- Team player, supporting and assisting colleagues whenever possible
- Open for feedback and Passionate about their own learning and development
- Critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Flexibility to shift timings
- Multi-tasking ability
