We are searching for a System Analyst Specialist for our new team dedicated to Custody Global Platform application. The team will be responsible for a full lifecycle of a custody application dedicated to:

  • collection of trade processing data from the whole UniCredit Group
  • settlements, clearing & asset servicing for Custodians.
  • integrations & parameter/configurations changes

To join our international team located in Warsaw, we are searching for a System Analyst Specialist of custody application that will be responsible for:

  • support of business users and incidents resolution,
  • rise the tickets, monitor, track final resolutions by using helpdesk applications (experienced in Remedy, Bugzilla or other ticketing systems)
  • be a customer’s support product specialist
  • communication with the software vendor Customer Service Representative to address and resolve application issues
  • participation in the project lifecycle from requirement gathering to production rollout, using both agile and classic methods
  • test of new functionalities in the application
  • integration or configurations of new solutions into the overall process & IT landscape

Requirements

  • university degree in following area: IT, Mathematics, Finance
  • at least 2-years of experience related to Settlements of Cash and Securities (within the overall Financial Services / Banking industry), including familiarity with Corporate Actions. Preference for experience in IT areas supporting Custody, Trust, or Wealth Management business. Must be familiar with custody products and processes.
  • very good analytical and multitasking skills,
  • good communication skills and desire to work in a team
  • good knowledge and understanding of general IT systems Database, Data warehouse, integration infrastructure
  • stress resistant / ability to work under time pressure
  • ability to work self-dependent and pro-active
  • ability to business requirement collection
  • solution & goal-oriented mind-set
  • experience in participation in IT projects and its delivery life cycle and familiarity with IT projects methodologies
  • fluent English (working language, international team)
  • Nice to have experience in participating of project team, business and technical analyst dedicated to the custody services, skillful in SQL

5. How long are my data going to be stored?

We process your personal data during the recruitment period for the position you apply for. If you have agreed to the use of your personal data in future recruitment, we shall process your data also for the purposes of future recruitment, but no longer than for two years from when you provided us your consent.

In some cases, the period of storage of your personal data may be extended by a period of limitation of claims. As a rule, the period of limitation for claims in employee cases is 3 years, but may also be longer.

At any time, within the scope provided for by the law on the protection of personal data, you have the right to information, rectification, deletion or restriction of the processing of your data, the right to object to the processing, as well as the right to data transfer.
