Accounting Talent
On behalf of our client, a Financial Institution offering payment processing services, we are currently seeking a Finance Manager. The selected candidate will be reporting to the Head of Finance.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (general accounting, payroll, invoicing, payments and other transactions)
- Manage monthly and quarterly management reporting processes
- Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modelling for senior company leadership
- Support project analysis, validation of plans, and ad-hoc requests
- Manage the company’s financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements, including tax and regulatory reporting
- Manage the annual statutory audit process and preparation of financial statements
- Look for cost reduction opportunities
- Ensure that the Company meets all its statutory and compliance obligations
- Manage the accounting team and support the team’s development and growth
Requirements:
- University degree in Accounting / ACCA or an equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in the Payments / Acquiring industry is necessary
