The Fund Operations Team is looking for a passionate, detailed oriented associate to help to scale our business and support our exponential growth. In this role, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure an efficient and smooth operational flow of our various transactions.
About the job
- Maintain full set of financial and statutory accounts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Resolve discrepancies and reconciliation of accounts
- Responsible for compliance and regulatory matters, including customer due diligence (CDD), calculation of Net Asset Value of different sub-accounts
- Handle trade processing and settlements, monitor corporate actions, liaise with service providers
- Support senior management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
About the person
- Degree in Accounting/Finance or related discipline or equivalent professional certification is a plus
- Able to work in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Self-motivated, proactive and results oriented
- Fluent in English and Chinese, both spoken and written
- Fresh graduates with great attitude are welcome to apply
