We are creating the Middle East’s local digital champion and are looking for world-class talent to join our team.
What you’ll do:
- Processing of PO / NON-PO Invoices
- Posting of Adjustment entries
- Accounting the month close-entries
- Supporting the bank recon team for closing the open items
- Responsible for paying all sales tax on appropriate invoices and making a note of each tax payment made
- Monitor all vendor payment agreements to find discounts that can be used to reduce invoice amounts
- Cleaning open advance on monthly basis
- Vendor reconciliation
- Email handling and query resolution e-mails receiving from the different internal departments/ suppliers
- Ability to work with internal departments and meet strict deadlines/SLA adherence
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 1-5 years of hand on experience in P2P process
- Excellent oral communication skills and the ability to answer a call receiving the stakeholders in the process
- Ability to use Microsoft productivity software such as Excel and Word
- Well Versed with the Documents Checklist (Invoice/Purchase Order/Packing List/Bill of lading/AWB)
- Detail oriented but also be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Work Experience in Microsoft Dynamics (ERP) will be an added Advantage
- Work Experience from Ecommerce/ manufacturing industry will be an added weightage
