Who are we?
Saltech Consulting is an official partner company of Pegasystems (an American tech vendor) with offices in Budapest and Madrid. We enable enterprise clients’ digital transformation by delivering end-to-end solutions with Pega’s technology. We leverage the technology to build digital process automation (DPA) and customer relationship management (CRM) applications across different industries. We believe in creating value by following agile, lean and design thinking principles.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a tech-driven business professional to join our business development team. Your role would be tied to numerous functional areas such as sales, marketing and talent sourcing with the common focus of ‘growth’. You should be independent with your work, have the “networking gene” and be able to manage your time in the most efficient manner. Oh, and all that work has to be done in English.

- You optimize for growth, meaning you’ll take part in growing our practice and discovering new business opportunities for maximum utilization. You like to work in a role where you can continuously evolve and see the impact of your work.
- You take ownership of your goals. You’ll get gradually more and more to execute on as you move ahead. You’ll get support, but ultimately you’ll own your goals.
- You are digital yourself. You have a genuine interest in the latest technologies and not like dealing with legacy services/products.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the top of sales and recruitment pipelines (lead generation, qualification, assessment)
- Gathering and utilizing market and client intelligence.
- Contribute to designing our services
- Take an active part in business trips across the globe (once Covid travel restrictions ease)
- Become fluent in Pega’s technological capabilities by the end of your onboarding period (3 months)
The suitable candidate is characterized by:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Lean startup / Design thinking / Value Proposition Design experience is an advantage
- Familiarity with business processes is an advantage
- Ability to identify the key aspects of a potential opportunity
- Set and execute on a cadence of phone, email, and social communications to build a pipeline of qualified opportunities within large enterprise organizations
- Leverage insights and creative thinking to drive content innovations
- The ability to articulate and deliver business value to both internal and external stakeholders
- Fluency in English
