Reporting to the Head of Commercial, this is a challenging and rewarding business partnering role. You will manage multiple operational stakeholders and be responsible for the business unit operating model, translating business initiatives and commercial performance into financial outputs.

Taking responsibility for several vital divisions, you will provide commercial support to senior operational management, offering solutions and advice on current operational issues.

You will take ownership of CAPEX and OPEX dashboards, and through detailed financial analysis, insight and decision support, you will drive the performance of the divisions.

Further, you will lead and mentor a team of Analysts, leading the budgeting and forecasting process and ensuring all monthly management reporting deadlines are executed. 

To be successful, you will possess exceptional presentation skills and partner with Operations and the Senior Leadership Team.

You will have a high level of negotiation and stakeholder engagement expertise and demonstrated financial modelling, performance analysis, and process improvement skills. 

Confident by nature, you will be career-driven and see yourself as a high achiever. Professional qualifications and experience in a similar position are required.

Candidates from heavy CAPEX organisations such as Construction, Infrastructure, Telco or Energy backgrounds will be highly regarded.
