The goal is to build up a team of highly qualified IT talents who, by becoming an integral part of the KION Group IT organization, will expand its capabilities and will support comprehensive Business and IT transformations.

Your Role:

As a PMO Specialist you will be part of “IT Portfolio, Methods and Services” organization. This Global Team is responsible for IT project services in KION Group IT. The person will take the responsibility for supporting project managers in using the project methods and toolsets efficiently supporting IT Projects execution, having a significant contribution to the IT Services delivered by KION Group IT, as well as a development of newly created IT Service Hub in Kraków.

Your Responsibility:

  • Provide administrative support to KION IT Project Managers throughout all projects lifecycle
  • Ensuring the proper use and maintenance of Project Documentation such as status reports, project presentations, risks tracking or change requests
  • Training and support in project administration such as Purchase Orders, Invoice Verification or Time Tracking, etc.
  • Initial Project Setup / Baselining in KION Project Management toolset
  • Technical onboarding of new Project members
  • Increasing projects related Data Quality in our IT Projects Portfolio

Your Skills and Expertise:

  • Bachelor or Master Degree, preferable in Business Economics or Business Information Systems
  • First knowledge of project management tasks execution/support
  • Understanding of projects and resource dependencies
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office in particular MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project and MS PowerPoint
  • Detail oriented, with structured, organized, methodical planning skill
  • Willingness to further develop project management toolset and methodologies
  • Fluent English, written and spoken (German is a plus)
