We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual who is capable of dealing well with people. The person taking up this job will be working with a fast-growing instant delivery product: Baskyt, in Islamabad helping achieve brand re-launch and rapid growth across the twin cities, to begin with.

The person will be required to deal with people mostly business partners (food & grocery), delivery riders (Baskytors), and any other stakeholders involved. This will include onboarding supply (riders) and demand (order generation/vendors).

The most exciting part of the job will be to look after logistics optimization and giving input to the technical teams in terms of improvement in Dashboard Analytics.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategically looking at delivery operations and coming up with ways to improve efficiency
  • Analyzing Sales & Operations Data in the Business Dashboard
  • Acquire New Business Partners / Vendors (Food & Grocery)
  • Optimize riders’ performance and ensure the right balance between supply and demand
  • Onboard delivery riders and conducting their training for peak performance
  • Focus on Quality Assurance and performance reports in the company Dashboard
  • Ensuring product placement on the e-commerce platform with continuous price & inventory updates
  • Looking after day to day order cycles and resolving any subsequent issues
  • Managing a fleet of delivery riders
  • Coordinating with vendors to cater to all vendor needs
  • Communication of company policies to all stakeholders

Candidate MUST-haves:

  • Basic Understanding of Logistics concepts
  • Good grip on MS Excel
  • Education in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Operations will be preferred.

Experience Required: 0 – 2 years

Probation Period: 3 Months – Performance Evaluation will take place after Probation Completion.

Monthly Salary: PKR 40,000/-

The person will be required to be on-field at least 50% of the time in order to acquire business vendors in Islamabad / Rawalpindi Region.
