firstPRO is hiring a Data Analyst for our client located in Camden, NJ. This is a contract opportunity that will sit onsite in Camden, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Leads and oversees the day-to-day operations of the program and partnership with the data provider, Urban Science, including the coordination of stakeholder meetings
• monitoring and responding to the Helpdesk requests (e.g., reporting, enrollment, credit requests)
• Monitors and analyzes metrics to interpret, report, and provide insight to SOA Headquarters marketing stakeholders
• Collaborates on the implementation of key Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programs
• Supports the broader Marketing Insights & Research team on projects such as monthly performance reporting, analytics deep-dives, and customer research

Skills

• Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with Tableau and/or business intelligence/reporting dashboards.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and coordinate changing priorities.
• Strong analytical skills to help identify business opportunities and track performance.
• Experience working with cross-functional groups.
• Ability to interact with all levels of management and present to upper management in a concise and professional manner.
• Ability to use often complex and technical tools which can then be concisely communicated to other stakeholders.
