Project Manager

This position will play an integral and impactful role in the growth of the Professional Services team and report to the Professional Services leadership. The candidate selected for this opportunity will interact internally with our Systems Analysts, Developers and Quality Engineers as well as externally with the client’s Project Managers and business stakeholders.

We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, who takes pride in organization, and has a positive attitude to enable relationship building throughout our company. You must be comfortable managing day-to-day project accountabilities and coordinating project timelines and statuses both verbally and in writing.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Project manage all client requests from plan to build
• Responsible for project timeline creation, tracking of related and impacted tasks, macro and micro prioritization of projects and stakeholder communication
• Daily management via Jira for client initiatives, production defect tickets and other miscellaneous requests to ensure prioritization and deadlines are met
• Engage with client teams to provide strategic direction, status updates and release milestones
• Be accountable to internal and external client deadlines
• Serve as the tactical go between for requests with all stakeholders, rolling up concise updates and eliminating roadblocks to achieve goals.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English

• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects at once

• A positive, enthusiastic attitude towards work
• Confidence to drive a team to get the best results for a project
• Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office and JIRA
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle is preferred
