This position is for the pediatric ABA clinic – Paramount Children’s Therapy Center
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Front desk duties (answering phones, patient paperwork, checking patients in, etc)
- Credentialing staff with funding sources
- Scheduling and maintaining required training for staff
- Purchasing and inventory of clinic supplies
- Reviewing notes/billing for accuracy
- Scheduling patients/staff, break coverage as needed
- Maintain electronic medical records
- Completing Referral form for new patients, verification of benefits with billing, communication with patient/parent
- Ensure cleanliness of center, general maintenance, coordination with outside vendors as needed
- Completes clinic opening and closing duties
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma required, preferred Bachelors in Administration, HR, or medical
- Experience in working in a medical office (ABA/Behavioral Health preferred)
- Trained as a BT (or willing to be trained) for ABA treatment coverage when needed
- Strong organizational skills, time management, and flexibility
- Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication
