Responsibilities

• Responsible for the process design, operation and implementation
• To improve industrial processes in order to maintain efficiency, reduce cost, improve sustainability and maximize profitability
• To provide guidance and support to the Production Manager and Production Supervisors
• To assist in the development of processing and changeover plans
• To work with the Production Manager to make decisions about equipment use, maintenance, modification and procurement
• To prepare and review project proposal, studies and technical reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• 5 years of experience in Process Engineering
• Textile or Fabric industry experience
• Certification in Six Sigma
• Continuous improvement and lean tools
• Implement manufacturing processes
• CAD assembly drawing
• Proven work experience in process engineering
• Excellent technical skills
• Process Flow, PFMEA and Control Plan Experience
• Knowledge of process related standards
• Experience in process simulations
• Working knowledge of process engineering software packages
• CAD or AutoCad skills
• Analytical thinker with interpersonal skills
