Job responsibilities

Medical Simulation Leadership
 • Partner with clinical educators to deeply understand training requirements and modalities (VR, AR, physical sim)
 • Source and integrate usage of best-in-class simulator solutions from external vendors
 • Stay up to date and research simulation trends and opportunities in the market.
 • Define processes for efficient maintenance, updates and feature enhancement

Design Immersive AI-Enhanced Experiences
 • Apply learning science best practices to highly immersive VR and AR learning flows
 • Utilize data analytics, intelligent systems and real-time assessment where viable
 • Apply conversational AI and natural language processing to engage learners and personalize experiences

Lead Execution and Continuous Improvement
 • Institute agile processes and project management focused on continuous delivery of value
• Provide hands-on leadership for development teams
 • Conduct regular success reviews analyzing product KPIs and team velocity
 • Maintain dynamic backlogs, guiding prioritization for maximum learning value and impact

Build Internal AI Capabilities
 • Cultivate data science and learning analytics bench strength 
 • Drive consistency and visibility of AI developments 
 • Shape the narrative around AI transformation to motivate change
 • Promote an AI-ready culture focused on ethics and responsible innovation

Job requirements

 • Technology Degree (IT, Engineering, Computer Science) additionally an Education or Business Degree would be considered as a plus. 

 • 5 years of experience in the healthcare or Med Tech industry.

 • Proficiency in high-fidelity, low-fidelity and mixed reality simulations with practical skills in hands-on training exercises.

 • Experience in Human Centered Design or Human Machine Interaction especially in digital and AI context.

 • Strong business acumen, with knowledge in creating and managing business models for medical simulations.

 • Proven project management experience, budget planning.

 • Experience working with external stakeholders.
