Job Description
- Welcome visitors
- Foster and maintain valuable professional relationships with internal customers, business units, and colleagues across our organization.
- Ensure the delivery of top-notch services by understanding the specific needs of the business and analyzing potential alternatives to improve service quality.
- Effectively manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiations, service level adherence, and constructive feedback.
- Identify service requirements, research options, and make recommendations for procurement while overseeing the requisition process.
- Review invoices, validate completed work and goods, and process payments efficiently.
- Encourage collaboration by considering diverse perspectives, identifying concerns, and recommending effective solutions.
- Articulate persuasive business cases and escalate significant issues when necessary.
- Facilitate meetings, develop agendas, and ensure follow-up on action items, contributing to team workflow and providing backup support to managers.
- Propose innovative procedures to enhance the efficiency, quality, and timeliness of our services.
- Collaborate with managers to facilitate associate training and provide coaching as required.
- Act as a reliable source of information regarding Office Services and company guidelines, processes, practices, and procedures.
- Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for departmental improvements aligned with business needs.
- Actively participate in and possibly lead various projects.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Reception and office administration
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages and a keen interest in developing IT knowledge
- Diligent and organised
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good customer care skills
- Good attention to detail
- English and French (Fluency)
What’s on Offer
