To join Aashman one should be on all the social media platforms ( i.e Instagram, Facebook, Whatsapp).

There are several departments one can work with:

The details are as follows:

1) Social Media Marketing:

Duration:- 3 months

They should own an account on Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp
They need to use these 3 platforms to create awareness about Aashman Foundation and make its voice reach to masses using social media.

2) Sales & Marketing :

Duration:- 45 Days

Generate funds for the organization to support the needy, collaborate with brands & individuals for gathering either funds or brand awareness, branding, lead generation, client relationship management, etc

3) Human Resources (HR):

Duration:- 45 Days/3/6/9/12 Months

Recruitment, Interviewing, Handling & Motivating interns, Managing departments & others related to it.

4) Fundraising:

Duration:- 30,45 Days

They need to raise funds for the organization, for better functioning and upliftment of women and underprivileged children.

5) Social Work:

Duration:- 3/ 6/ 9/12 Months

The intern will have to work on social causes and will not be involved in professional work like HR. At present it is online and if the intern is willing to work offline in that case it’s their discretion. Triple Certification will be provided.

6) Online Event Management:

Duration:- 3 Months 

Interns need to generate an idea for online events, gather masses, do events for awareness about Aashman and various social agendas about the NGO itself. Collaborate with brands & individuals to make the event happen, handle teams etc.

7) Winter Internship Department:

Duration:- 30 Days/3 Months

This department will contain tasks from the Human Resource, Social Media Marketing, Fundraiser and Sales & Marketing department. The intern will go through all the departments and there will be one task in each department.

8) Graphic Designing:

Duration:- 3 Months 

The person should know how to create posters by using imaginary concepts, computer software or applications in order to communicate ideas with the society. A bit experienced candidate is required and sample work needs to be presented at time of recruitment and approval over the same is plus to get aboard.

9) Content Writing: Hindi/English

Duration:- 3 Months 

The interns need to frame content as per the requirements of the organization. A sample work needs to be presented at the time of recruitment and approval over the same is plus to get aboard.
