The consultant will support the EMP in developing its strategic 5-year country plan and ensure its alignment with CBM’s Strategy 2030:

> A summary of the findings of the internal analysis including power point presentation to the internal stakeholders

> The complete country analysis and data that collected during the strategic situation analysis is made available to interested readers and is saved at the country office.

> The documentation of the country strategic plan including planning activities in the “Country Plan”.

> Presenting the results to stakeholders, gather the feedback and implement

> Additional supporting documentation of the Country Planning Activities with all relevant details should be kept in the files of the Country Office and must be available on request.

> Aside from the detailed final report, a Power Point Presentation that includes a brief of final findings needs to be presented to internal stakeholders

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Previous experience in developing strategic country plans for international NGOs or relevant field

· Knowledge of the Middle Eastern Region

· Knowledge of focus group and individual interviews and SWOT analysis participative and innovative tools

· Good communication skills

· Knowledge in Community based inclusive development and inclusion policies is an asset.

· Insight into challenges that persons with disabilities face

· Knowledge in Humanitarian response and action

· Working knowledge and Report writing skills in English. Arabic language knowledge is a plus
