Role Summary / Responsibilities

Summary:

To compile, maintain and update the relevant data in the Billing databases. The candidate will be required to compile data, check for errors, input and update the database.

Core Responsibilities:
Daily gathering, collating, and preparing the list of RTA fines from various sources and handover for allocations.
Download the necessary documents (Fine Copies) required for the charging of fines.
Uploading and charging the allocated fines with the necessary documents.
Collecting Salik details, uploading, and charging the customers through the dashboard.
Generating and exporting data reports and documents as needed.
Performing clerical duties like scanning and printing documents as needed.
