Job description:

We are looking for a new colleague in the Customer Service department at our location in Dubai.

 

Your tasks:

 

Professionally handle all incoming customer enquiries (by Tel/Email), through swift offering and ordering process through Navision
Professionally greet walk-in customers and support with daily sales administration as and when required
Independent generation and update of Request for Quotation list (RFQ), Sales Quotations, Order Confirmations, Proforma Invoices, and Invoices
Pro-actively inform all customers about delivery time updates or delays, close co-ordination with logistics team is expected
Provide pricing support via analyzing market trends, cross references etc. and maintain detailed record to evaluate future market trends when necessary
 
Your profile:

 

At least 2-3 years of sales support experience; with basic understanding of Automotive spare parts industry
Ready to take responsibility, ownership and drive high levels of individual performance management
Ability to manage constructive feedback positively and handle pressure with ease
Communicates effectively and clearly with all departments, branches & support systems
Ability to work independently. Displays mastery of subject matter with attention to detail
