Your Opportunity

As Customer Service Specialist you will be part of our team to be the point of contact in a B2B environment.

You have a caring attitude, understand customer centricity and the ability to translate customers needs into effective solutions.

12 months fixed-rerm role.

How Will You Contribute

You will manage, under the supervision of a coordinator, the following activities:
Customers orders portfolio management
Orders Entry
Work with internal partner functions (Logistics/Credit/..) to deliver solutions to customers problems
Orders portfolio fulfillment
Customer data management
Communication to customers
Who You Are

You are either an accomplished professional or at the start of your career, either way you are a good team player willing to growth in a dynamic environment.

You Have
Bachelor’s Degree in Languages, Economics
Excellent English and Italian
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Problem solving and focus on results
Ability to interact with business functions and customers
Excellent organizational and technical skills
