Dynamic Youth Coaches and Support workers needed to work with young people (16yrs-24yrs) in supported accommodation

Full time 37.5 hours per week, Youth Coach/Support Workers required for onsite support and to work with dispersed properties. This role requires to work on a shift/rota basis, from 8am to 10pm, with occasional Saturday working.

Our supported accommodation provides a safe place for young people to learn to live independently; we are looking for creative and dynamic people to work with our young people to enable them to achieve their goals. If you have experience of working with young people to develop new skills and a passion to help them succeed, then we would love to hear from you. This is challenging and rewarding work so we are looking for people with the drive to make a difference.

Up for the challenge? Then come and meet us on the 9th March 2022 at 10am-1pm at 279-281 Fore Street, Edmonton, London, N9 0PD. Please note that we expect everyone to arrive on time to start at 10am, we will not be able to include anyone who arrives late.

We have a number of positions available in Enfield so come and meet us and find out what it’s like to work with the amazing young people that use our services. The day will be filled with group work, assessments, engaging with young people and interactive exercises.

No experience? We also will consider offering a trainee Youth Coach position to the right candidate.
