AAN Associates is looking for a Youth and Adolescent Expert for an upcoming assignment in Palestine. The Youth and Adolescent Expert is expected to assist the Team Lead in delegated assignment management functions such as Literature Review, Evaluation Methodology design, Tools Development, Pre-testing and Finalization, Field Data Collection, Consolidation, Analysis, and Report Writing.
Following are the requirements to apply for the position:
- Must have a Master’s Degree in Adolescence, Youth, Social Sciences or any other related field
- Must have proven relevant experience of 7 years minimum pertaining to Research and/or Evaluations, particularly in the field of Adolescent and Youth development, preferably in the State of Palestine
- Ability to write reports clearly and concisely.
- Oral and written fluency in English (mandatory requirement) and Arabic.
- Experience working in Palestine is preferred. Additional working experience in Middle Eastern countries is a plus!
- Strong analytical skills to compile and consolidate a variety of inputs and produce concise and easy-to-understand documents
- Data collection (both quantitative and qualitative) and data analysis experience is preferable.
