World Vision
We are inviting Individual Consultants/Subject Matters to support the World Vision East Asia Region in strengthening our work on grant acquisition, as well as focusing on our priority areas, with a particular focus on safe migration and anti-trafficking, The consultant will support the grants teams in coordinating new funding opportunities and prepositioning work.
Coordinate the possible submission of the TIP Office International Programs to Combat Human Trafficking (pending release of the call)
- Ensure effective internal coordination with several departments and national offices across WVI, such as: WVUS technical and grant teams, key technical staff at regional level and Field Offices from Cambodia, Laos, Thailand and Vietnam.
- Lead external relations, partner identification and engagement.
- Coordinate the entire process of proposal submission; the development of the logframe, narrative, and budget prior to submission.
- Back-up support for internal GAM Processes: Support WV East Asia regional office on grants acquisition and management functions, such as review Go/ No go requests, assisting Field Offices in connecting with relevant individuals for time-sensitive questions or issues.
- Support the development of standardized onboarding information and check-list for regional orientation to new GAM staff
- Stakeholders’ mapping: map our key stakeholders in the context of safe migration and anti-trafficking
- Resource mapping of Migrant Resource Centers to determine the existing support and needs
- Support the development of Capacity statements, in coordination with technical experts and relevant staff within WV.
To be noted: the specific deliverables of this consultancy will be further defined closer to the time, depending on the needs raised from new calls for proposals. They will be agreed upon with the selected consultant.
