About The Position

• Achieve branch technician utilization, sold hours, productivity and productive efficiency targets set by the management
• Ensure Fix It Right Process is following to achieve score set target by the management
• Time clocking process deviations
• Plan job and resource for next day by referring appointment sheet and submit report to management.
• Seek and give advice with service advisor for revise delivery time as per the load in production line.
• Send carryover report with proper explanation to management in daily basis
• Provide job leveling among the team.
• Coordinate with technical team for cases
• Maintain planning board

About You

• Automobile related diploma / ITI certificate / Diagnostic Technician or Equivalent
• Valid UAE Drivers license
• Supervisory skills
• 3 years experience as a workshop controller / planner / supervisor
• Automotive background
• GCC experience preferred
