Brief Description

Reporting into the Office Manager, the working student (Werkstudent) supports the Office Manager in recurring routine activities.

Essential Job Functions

General Tasks

• Close collaboration with Office Manager and Operational Excellence Team
• Organize administrative tasks, e.g.:
• Receive and scan incoming regular mail at the office site
• Process invoices according to internal standards
• File hardcopy documents
• Maintain and update various lists
• Ordering office and other supplies
• Ship material to field colleagues on demand
• Organize shipments from external archive
• Print and send invoices to customers
• Set up new suppliers in system
• Arrange for meeting rooms onsite and offsite
• Support HRBA in basic HR tasks
• Support Occupational Safety Officer

Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Be reliable and trustful
• MS Office proficiency at advanced level
• Organizational skills
• High level of attention to detail
• Excellent German command essential
• Good English skills

• Responsibilities may require packing and shipping activities of small or medium sized objects as well as keeping the storeroom organized
