We’d like to grow further, especially in our Tech and Business Development teams. To remain successfull and to try new recruiting approaches we are looking for an addition as Working Student (all genders); focussing on Recruiting topics.
You will have a lot of fun working in our team if you are a person who likes to shape & bring in ideas, being hands on, pragmatic, with a sense of humor.
Tasks
- Candidate Management: Screen & share incoming profiles; keep the applicant tracking system (JOIN) up to date
- Job Advertisements: Review & publish our job postings on different channels & platforms; conduct research to see if other channels are also of interest
- Sourcing: Screen profiles on different channels (LinkedIn, Honeypot,..)
- Employer Branding: Develop our employer brand together with us (internal & external)
- Teamwork: Help out & support our team with various topics in our daily work.
Requirements
- You are enrolled as a student at University or Fachhochschule
- Getting things done attitude & collaborative team member
- Independent way of working
- Great communication skills English as well as good command of German
