Within People Advisory Services you will be part of a quickly growing business area of Short-Term Business Travel compliance, helping organizations to efficiently manage this complex area with the help of advisory, technology and analytics. You will take on a wide variety of tasks:
- Supporting our collaboration with clients and EY local offices throughout Europe regarding Posted Worker implementation processes and technical solutions
- Compiling Posted Worker content material on country level
- Preparing country workshops and supporting the planning, coordination, and conduction of country workshops with clients
- Assisting in content- and process-related activities, like reporting, documentation, and processing of data
What You Can Contribute – Skills For Shaping The Future
- Pursuit of a Master´s degree, preferably in the field of Business Administration, Economics
- Ability to work within strict deadlines; attention to detail with strong numerical, technological, and analytical skills; proficiency in MS Office
- Critical mind-set with constructive and proactive problem-solving attitude
- As a team player you are able to integrate with new teams quickly and adaptive to changing processes
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
