You will use your strong time management and communication to contribute to creating a pleasant atmosphere in the office.

Your challenge:

• Support the team in scheduling meetings with facilities, storage replenishment and running errands
• Collaborate with the Office Manager in welcoming hosts and organizing catering events
• Help the Office Manager in creating an enjoyable atmosphere (E.G. collaborate in keeping clean the office and taking care about office´s plants, support the Office Management Team in events planning)
• Work closely with the Office Management Team and take care of special tasks if it’s required
• Support the team in daily incoming and outgoing mail, couriers and deliveries

Your Profile:

• You´re an enrolled student in one of Universities in Berlin
• You´re an excellent Team Player, reliable and proactive
• You have very good English proficiency (both spoken and written), German is a plus
• You love high standards in service and environment
• You like to provide an excellent housekeeping experience
