Job Description

DEUTSCH

  • Unterstützung des Sales-Teams bei der Koordinierung von Kundenterminen, der Vorbereitung von Verkaufspräsentationen, Termindokumentationen, Marketingaktivitäten und Vertriebsaktualisierungen
  • Beschaffung und Vorbereitung von Antworten auf Ad-hoc-Fragen oder Berichtsanforderungen von Kunden
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Schlüsseldaten über Kunden
  • Erstellung von Strategie- und Wettbewerbsanalysen und Benchmark-Berichten
  • Durchführung von Forschungsprojekten zu Vertriebs- und Marketingthemen
  • Sonstige Aufgaben nach Bedarf

ENGLISH

  • Assist the sales team in coordinating customer meetings, preparing sales presentations, meeting documentation, marketing activities and sales updates
  • Source and prepare responses to clients’ ad-hoc questions or reporting requests
  • Maintain and update key data on customers
  • Create strategic & competitor analysis and benchmark reports
  • Perform research projects on sales and marketing topics
  • Other tasks as assigned

Required Skills And Education

DEUTSCH

  • Mindestens 4 abgeschlossene Semester eines Bachelor-Studiums der BWL, Finanzwirtschaft, Volkswirtschaftslehre oder einer kaufmännischen Disziplin
  • Theoretisches Verständnis für Vertriebsprozesse, erste kaufmännische Erfahrungen von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Starkes Interesse an kaufmännischen Themen und am Umgang mit Kunden
  • Gute Kenntnisse der MS-Office-Anwendungen (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
  • Bereitschaft, bis zu 20 (während des Semesters) und bis zu 40 (außerhalb des Semesters) Stunden pro Woche zu arbeiten, für eine Gesamtdauer zwischen 12 und 18 Monaten.

ENGLISH

  • At least 4 completed semesters of a Bachelors degree in Business Studies, Finance, Economics or a commercial discipline
  • Theoretical understanding of sales processes, initial commercial experience an advantage
  • Very good communication skills, initiative and ability to grasp new concepts quickly
  • Strong interest in commercial topics and client interaction
  • Strong skills in MS-Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Very good written and spoken business German and English language competence
  • Willingness to work up to 20 (during semester) and up to 40 (outside of semesters) hours per week, for a total duration of between 12 and 18 months.
