- Harmonisierung der Instrumente, Aktualisierung von Schulungsunterlagen, Schulung neuer Mitarbeiter im Programmmanagementsystem und in der Verwendung von Teamcenter
- Lieferantenqualität
- Pflege einer Master-Lieferantendatenbank für Europa (Excel), in der Lieferanteninformationen, Standorte, Auditzeitpläne und verantwortliche Champions zusammengefasst sind
- Unterstützung bei der Konsolidierung des monatlichen Leistungsüberprüfungspakets/der Qualitätsüberprüfung der Lieferanten
- Qualitätsmanagement
- Konsolidierung der Informationssammlung für die Balanced Scorecard und Unterstützung ihrer Automatisierung
- Sammeln und Konsolidieren aller Qualitätsverfahren, Playbooks, Best Practices usw. und Erstellen von Übersichten/Schulungen/Tracking

- Program Management
- Track and follow-up on project tasks before they become late
- Harmonize tools, update training material and train new hires in the Program Management system and the use of Teamcenter
- Supplier Quality
- Maintain a master supplier database for Europe (Excel) consolidating supplier’s information, location, audits’ schedules, and responsible champions
- Support on consolidating the monthly supplier performance review package/quality review
- Quality Management
- Consolidate information collection for balanced scorecard and support their automation
- Collect and consolidate all quality procedures, playbooks, best practices, etc. and create overviews/training/tracking
Required Skills And Education
DEUTSCH
- Mindestens 4 abgeschlossene Semester eines Bachelorstudiums in einem ingenieurwissenschaftlichen/wirtschaftlichen Studiengang, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Projektmanagement und/oder Qualitätsmanagement
- Theoretisches Verständnis von Projektmanagement- und/oder Qualitätsmanagementprozessen, erste praktische Erfahrungen von Vorteil
- Kommunikationsstärke, Eigeninitiative, schnelle Auffassungsgabe
- Ehrgeizig, engagiert, ergebnisorientiert und proaktiv
- Gute Kenntnisse der MS-Office-Anwendungen (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams), Grundkenntnisse in MS Project von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Bereitschaft, bis zu 20 (während des Semesters) und bis zu 40 (außerhalb des Semesters) Stunden pro Woche zu arbeiten, für eine Gesamtdauer zwischen 12 und 18 Monaten.
ENGLISH
- At least 4 completed semesters of a Bachelors degree in an Engineering/Business discipline, ideally with a focus on Project Management and/or Quality Management
- Theoretical understanding of Project Management and/or Quality Management processes, initial practical experience would be an advantage
- Very good communication skills, initiative and ability to grasp new concepts quickly
- Ambitious, engaged, results-driven and proactive
- Strong skills in MS-Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams), basic knowledge of MS Project would be an advantage
- Very good written and spoken business German and English language competence
- Willingness to work up to 20 (during semester) and up to 40 (outside of semesters) hours per week, for a total duration of between 12 and 18 months.
