- Unterstützung in der Personalgewinnung – Kandidatensuche, Verwaltung von Einladungen zu Vorstellungsgesprächen, Vorbereitung von Bewerberdiagnosen und Vertragsunterlagen, Verwaltung der Studenten-Programme
- Unterstützung im Personalbereich – Verwaltung von Schulungen, Sammlung und Analyse von Feedback, Analyse von Schulungsdaten (z. B. Teilnahmequote, Zufriedenheit), Umsetzung von Maßnahmen, die sich aus Umfragen zum Engagement ergeben, Datensammlung für das monatliche HR-Reporting
- Unterstützung von HR-Projekten, Übernahme der Verantwortung für zugewiesene Arbeitspakete – Entwicklung von Bewerberdiagnosen/Bewertungen, Planung von Universitätsveranstaltungen, Entwicklung des Arbeitgeberimages und der Arbeitgebermarke, DEI-Entwicklung, HR-Dokumentenmanagement/Digitalisierung, Entwicklung von Onboarding und Employee Experience, Buddy-Programm

- Support Talent Acquisition – candidate sourcing, managing interview invitations, preparation of candidate diagnostics and contract documents, administration of Co-Op program
- Support HR – training administration, collect and analyse feedback, analysis of training data (e.g. participation rate, satisfaction), realization of actions resulting from Engagement Surveys, data collection for HR monthly Reporting
- Support HR Projects, taking responsibility for assigned Work Packages – development of candidate diagnostics/assessments, planning of university events, development of employer image and employer brand development, DEI development, HR document management/digitalization, Onboarding and Employee Experience development, Buddy Program
Required Skills And Education
DEUTSCH
- Mindestens 4 abgeschlossene Semester eines Bachelorstudiums der BWL, Psychologie, Sozialwissenschaften, Geisteswissenschaften oder einer personalwirtschaftlichen Disziplin
- Theoretisches Verständnis personalwirtschaftlicher Geschäftsprozesse, erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Talent Acquisition oder HR von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Eigeninitiative und die Fähigkeit, sich schnell in neue Konzepte einzuarbeiten
- Hohes Maß an persönlicher Integrität und vertrauliche Arbeitsweise, Interesse an der Arbeit mit Menschen
- Gute Kenntnisse der MS-Office-Anwendungen (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel), erste Erfahrungen mit einem Applicant Tracking/ERP-System von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Bereitschaft, bis zu 20 (während des Semesters) und bis zu 40 (außerhalb des Semesters) Stunden pro Woche zu arbeiten, für eine Gesamtdauer zwischen 12 und 18 Monaten.
ENGLISH
- At least 4 completed semesters of a Bachelors degree in Business Studies, Psychology, Social Sciences, Humanities or a Human Resources-related discipline
- Theoretical understanding of Human Resources business processes, initial practical experience in Talent Acquisition or HR an advantage
- Very good communication skills, initiative and ability to grasp new concepts quickly
- High level of personal integrity and confidentiality, interest in working with people
- Strong skills in MS-Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel), initial experience with an Applicant Tracking/ERP system an advantage
- Excellent written and spoken business German and English language competence
- Willingness to work up to 20 (during semester) and up to 40 (outside of semesters) hours per week, for a total duration of between 12 and 18 months.
