DEUTSCH

• Unterstützung des Finanzteams beim operativen Geschäft im Accounting, z. B. Bearbeitung von Eingangsrechnungen und Spesen, Sicherstellung der rechtzeitigen Überweisungen/Zahlungen
• Durchführung von Finanzanalysen, Erstellung von Berichten für den Monatsabschluss
• Ad-hoc-Unterstützung für die Kreditoren-/Debitorenbuchhaltung
• Sicherung der Datenqualität in den Finanzmanagement-Systemen
• Unterstützung des Finanzteams bei der Einführung und Entwicklung von Finanzprozessen, Unterstützung in Finanzprojekten
• Alle anderen Aufgaben nach Anweisung

ENGLISH

• Support the Finance team in daily accounting business e.g. processing incoming invoices and expenses, ensure timely payment
• Perform financial analysis, prepare reports for month-end closing
• Provide ad hoc support to accounts payable/accounts receivable
• Maintain data quality in finance tools
• Assist the Finance Team in the implementation and development of accounting processes, provide support for Finance projects
• All other tasks as assigned

Required Skills And Education

DEUTSCH

• Mindestens 4 abgeschlossene Semester eines Bachelorstudiums der BWL oder Finanzwirtschaft, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen
• Theoretisches Verständnis der Geschäftsprozesse im Rechnungswesen, erste praktische Erfahrungen in einer Finanzabteilung von Vorteil
• Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
• Gutes Zahlenverständnis, Genauigkeit, Neugierde, analytisches Geschick
• Gute Kenntnisse der MS-Office-Anwendungen (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
• Bereitschaft, bis zu 20 (während des Semesters) und bis zu 40 (außerhalb des Semesters) Stunden pro Woche zu arbeiten, für eine Gesamtdauer von 12 bis 18 Monaten.

ENGLISH

• At least 4 completed semesters of a Bachelors degree in Business Studies or Finance, ideally with an Accounting focus
• Theoretical understanding of Accounting business processes, initial practical experience in a Finance Department an advantage
• Very good communication skills, initiative and ability to grasp new concepts quickly
• High level of numeracy, an eye for accuracy, curiosity, analytical aptitude
• Strong skills in MS-Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
• Very good written and spoken business German and English language competence
• Willingness to work up to 20 (during semester) and up to 40 (outside of semesters) hours per week, for a total duration of between 12 and 18 months.
