The Commercial Excellence team acts as the strategic business partner to the sales organization reporting to the President of the Bruker Daltonics GmbH & Co. KG. The team supports the business by optimizing the go-to market approach, enabling back-office processes, striving to improve existing commercial processes, and implementing functionalities into our Customer Relationship Management tool (Salesforce).

Aufgaben/Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Administration, configuration and implementation of functionalities and applications in our Customer Relationship Management tool (Salesforce.com)
  • Support managing and answering ad-hoc requests from the commercial team (e.g, building reports, Salesforce.com guidance)
  • Support Customer Master Data Management
  • Analyze and improve existing End-to-End commercial internal and Go-to-Market processes and concepts, driving regular reviews and optimizations
  • Design and integrate processes to meet commercial and operational business needs across the organization
  • Establish market insights/analytics to generate more sales opportunities
  • Harmonize training material for Salesforce.com and set up training environment

Qualifikationen

  • Bachelor or Master student (minimum in 4 th semester) in business administration, informatics, or industrial engineering
  • Demonstrated working effectively in teams
  • Outstanding analytical skills, business sense and result-driven mentality
  • Structured and accurate mode of operation, creativity and “out-of-the-box” thinking
  • Energetic, strong communicator
  • Fluent language skills in English
