What You’ll Do
- Source candidates to build a great talent pool for different talent segments
- Drive our student recruiting by taking over the process step by step
- Research on what job boards, meet-ups or talent communities are valuable for our talents to start building a long-term relationship
- Review and update job advertisements and position descriptions
- Support for establishment of AutoScout24 career paths, talent & leadership development programs and employee development programs (mentoring, coaching, feedback processes, learning platform..)
- Coordinate AutoScout24 health program (mental health, physical health, sleep, nutrition)
- Support for Change Management initiatives + Integration processes
- Research development topics and current trends on the markets
What You Should Bring
- Love for data, tech companies and digital products
- Ongoing studies of business administration, human resources, psychology or other relevant studies
- High degree of independence, structured way of thinking and a bias for action
- High level of reliability and commitment
- Business fluent German and English are required
- Tools must-have: MS Office, Office 365
- Tools nice-to-have: Workday, Greenhouse
