Working Student – Global Technical Assistant (m/f/d)

Our Bus Operational Excellence Team leads hard operations and logistics for our fleet. We equip our buses and trains globally and we support and maintain them as well as connecting them to our tech systems.

Currently, we’re looking for a motivated and driven Working Student – Global Technical Assistant (m/f/d) who is eager to develop their skills within our Flix family and support the Global Bus Operational Excellence Team in Berlin with hardware, data management and technical assistance.

Your Tasks – Paint the world green

• Jira Service Desk:
• Update devices on our systems and databases
• Provide basic troubleshooting for our hardware (Wi-Fi, phones, POS, printers, etc)
• Keep track of hardware (i.e. Wi-Fi devices) requests from local teams/regional operational managers in local entities, in order to equip our buses and trains
• You ensure that all used and returned hardware are checked and configured
• Configure hardware for equipping our fleet.
• Support the Team in various projects and required documentation and material

Your Profile – Ready to hop on board

• Fluent in English, any other European language is a plus
• You are an enrolled student in the field of Technology, IT, Business or any other related field of study
• You have experience in working with Excel. Knowing Jira, Salesforce is a plus
• You are proactive, reliable, and conscientious
• You have a real organizational talent and you know how to prioritize
• You are a team player and you have good communication skills
