What You’ll Do
We are looking for an individual who loves to engage with new technologies and business ideas. Bridging between the startup ecosystem and the SAP corporate world. Helping the startups to scale and foster SAP’s partner ecosystem.
You will assist in coordinating key operations for SAP.iO – across both internal and external activities – including marketing, communication, and branding efforts.
You will also assist in the day-day operations of the Berlin SAP.iO Foundry while in session by being part of the team, helping in delivering programming when appropriate, assisting in coordinating internal and external mentor communities, and being a representative of the SAP.iO Foundry team in community, startup, and ecosystem events.
We will promise that you have an intense schedule of learning blocks such as on how to scale a startup as well as on how to be an entrepreneur. Furthermore, you will get in-depth insights about the newest technologies and how they can sync with SAP solutions. Together with customers you will evaluate state of the art innovation and think about future scenarios and proof of concepts.
What You Bring
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Business Informatics (wirtschaftsinformatik), Business Management
- Language skills: fluent in English with excellent writing skills, preferably German speaker as well
- Soft skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills, team player, passionate to learn
- Other: Good understanding or desire to work with startups and the European ecosystem, understanding of emerging technologies and ability spot / convey trends, ability to foster communication and cooperation among diverse individuals online and offline, self-motivated and proactive in the working environment with a dedicated work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit

The SAP.iO Foundry initiative is part of SAP.iO, a broader open innovation business unit that drives and connects internal and external incubation. At SAP.iO we help startups grow by supporting them with integrating with a SAP solution, connecting them with the right stakeholders and present them in front of our customers.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
