What You’ll Do
As a working student (f/m/d) supporting our global team, you will be responsible for:
- Organizing the Weekly Team Meeting including Meeting Minutes, follow-up on action items and other meeting related logistics
- Knowledge and information management system for the team, including organizing the team folders to ensure easy retrieval
- Support the Learning Experience Partner in ad-hoc projects
What You Bring
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office, good with presentation deck and keen to learn new Software/Application
- Language skills: fluent in English, German as a plus
- Soft skills: team player, expert in organizing, creative, good with presentation and open to learn new things

In support of this mission, Learning Engagement aims to strengthen the connection between learning and the learner by clearly answering how, what and why. We contribute to the strategy by engaging and enabling key internal and external audiences on SAP Learning’s priorities and offerings.
The Learning Experience Partner (LXP) is part of the Learning Engagement organization and is the strategic advisor and preferred partner to the HRBPs and HRAs community for Talent & Learning topics, translating business needs into meaningful learning experiences that enable our employees to stay relevant & develop future skills.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
