The good news is that our continued success and business growth has opened up an exciting opportunity to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic and organised Receptionist to join our successful Screwfix contract at our new site that opened January 2022 in Manor Park, Daresbury Runcorn.

Role Profile

• Acting as first point of contact to the site and covering the reception desk
• Dealing with a variety of written correspondence and telephone queries
• General office administration
• Assisting with ad hoc duties as required by the Operations Management Team
• Booking meetings and monitoring the site meeting room diary
• Booking visitors into site and liaising with security
• Conducting site inductions for visitors and contractors to site
• Sorting, distributing and franking post
• Procurement of consumables for site, as required
• Undertaking other duties as may be reasonably required

Person Profile

• Previous administrative or reception experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
• PC literate with sound knowledge of MS Office
• Team player
• Well organised with excellent attention to detail
• Works well under pressure

Fulfilling multi-channel solutions designed around the customer experience, the growth of the Screwfix business has been 14% year on year.

The Daresbury site will support the existing Screwfix network operation to provide seamless replenishment of over 67,000 units per week to the Trade Counter retail network.
