The role of Deputy Head of Business Management & Performance is based in Armstrong Way in Southall and is part of the West London Forensic Services Finance and Performance Team.

You will be a self-motivated, pro-active individual with good time management and organisational skills.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of delivery, be innovative, have good attention to detail and have professional credibility within senior management teams.

The post holder will be responsible for the provision of timely and accurate performance/activity information and analysis both to the management team within the service, to other departments within the Trust and to North London Forensic Collaborative and NHS England.

The post holder will manage the Performance Team for West London Forensic Services.
